Part IV of the Science and Technology Act of 2003 establishes the Science and Technology Fund. It states “There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Science and Technology fund (in this Act otherwise referred to as the “Fund”). The principal purpose of the Fund is the advancement of Science and Technology. This includes research and innovation which are integral parts of the Science and Technology System of Malawi.
