This Directorate is responsible for:

• Manage and coordinate the science and technology fund
• Maintain liaison with the national and international agencies that provide financial and technical support for the implementation of the science and technology policy
• Provide financial and administrative advice and support to the secretariat and the Board of Commissioners
• Provide general financial, human resources and administrative services to all directorates
