HUMAN RESOURCE SECTION

Human Resource section is under the Directorate of Finance and Administration and is headed by Assistant Human Resource Officer. The Section is responsible for all Human Resource Services of the Commission.

Functions:

• Formulate, review and implement Human Resource Policy;

• Plan and coordinate Staff Training and Development;

• Manage labour relations;

• Manage employee remuneration and other benefits;

• Coordinate recruitment processes;

• Coordinate formulation of Job designs;

• Implement performance management system

• Manage a Human Resource Management Information System
