Alick kaleka Manda

Alick heads the Planning Directorate of NCST. He joined the programme in February 2010 and is entrusted with the responsibility of planning, monitoring and evaluation of programmes. Alick brings forth to the programme a rich 19-years experience in research management. He holds an MSc in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science from the Chancellor College of University of Malawi, and Certificate in Strategic Planning from Malawi Institute of Management.
