Chief Planning Services Officer (CPSO)

Kondwani  is  a Chief Planning Services Officer (CPSO) . He is responsible for the development of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for Science, Technology and Innovation Sector in Malawi and programming activities of the Commission and various projects. He  holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Economics from Chancellor College, constituent college of the University of Malawi  and  obtained a Post-graduate Certificate in Economics from University of Bath in UK through the Master of Research (MRes) Programme.
