The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation launched its first ever diaspora portal at the Bingu International Convention Center (BICC) on 18th February, 2019.  The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr Emmanuel Fabiano, MP presided over the function on behalf of His Excellency the President, Prof Arthur Peter Mutharika.  During the event, two policy documents, the Malawi foreign policy and the Malawi Diaspora engagement policy were also launched.
