Introduction
Recognizing the critical role that small and medium enterprises (SMEs), entrepreneurs, and innovators play in driving Malawi’s economic transformation, the Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MCCCI), in partnership with the National Commission of Science and Technology (NCST), is pleased to announce the Inaugural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair.
- Date: 4th – 6th November 2025
- Venue: Umodzi Park’s Bingu International Convention Centre.
This Fair will offer businesses, innovators, and SMEs a dynamic space to showcase products, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate new customer bases—ultimately promoting trade, competitiveness, and inclusive development. The Fair seeks to bring all forces together in a cohesive strategic forum designed to elevate national competitiveness and resilience.

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair aims to connect innovators with industry leaders, facilitate strategic cooperation, expose entrepreneurship trends, and offer a marketing platform for exhibitors to launch products.

Submissions
Submissions to include concept, Business Profile, Business Registration Certificate must not be later than 28th October 2025.
Order of Activities
The event features a range of activities, including pitching sessions for selected, startups and innovators, exhibition, and networking sessions. Interactive, dedicated time will be allocated, such as a business breakfast, to a cocktail reception. Innovators are kindly requested to indicate their target audience when registering so that we invite relevant stakeholders and ensure meaningful connections.
Participation Details:
Participation in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair is by selection only. Shortlisted innovators who meet the required criteria will be registered to participate. Attendance at the event will be strictly by invitation. Innovators are kindly requested to indicate their target audience when registering so that we can invite relevant stakeholders and ensure meaningful connections.
